QRPlayer is a media player for TVs. It does not provide, sell or include TV channels, movies, series, playlists or
subscriptions. You use it with a compatible service you already have, and you need the rights to the content you
play. For anything about your channels, your account, your subscription or its price, contact your provider.

Provider code
Some providers give a 4-digit code. On the Welcome screen choose "Sign in with provider code", enter the code,
check that the provider name is right, then enter the username and password your provider gave you. "This code is not
valid" means a digit is wrong (the last digit is a check digit). "Provider code not found" means the code does not
exist; ask your provider.
Sign in with your phone
Available with providers that give a code. Choose "Sign in with your phone", scan the QR code, enter code, username
and password on the phone, check that the verification code on the phone and on the TV match, then choose "Link this
TV" on the TV. The QR code is valid for 5 minutes: choose "Regenerate QR" if it expires. No camera? Open the page shown
on the TV and type the short code.
Add provider manually
If your provider gave you a server address, choose "Add provider manually" and enter the address (for example
http://server.example:8080), username and password. Do not put the username or password inside the
address. An address starting with http:// is not encrypted: the app warns you. Saved providers appear on
the Welcome screen.
Wrong username or password
The app clears the password field; type it again. If it still fails, your provider must check your account.
Your data
Your username and password are stored encrypted on the TV and sent only to your provider, never to QRPlayer.
Settings → Provider → Sign out removes them. Providers added manually are never sent to QRPlayer.
Playback problems
- Nothing plays / "format not supported": the stream format is decided by your provider. In Settings →
Playback try "HLS (.m3u8)" or "MPEG-TS (.ts)" for live channels.
- "Your provider is limiting requests right now": your provider is refusing requests for a while; wait a few
minutes.
- Buffering: check the TV's network connection; other devices using the same account may count against your
provider's connection limit.
- No catch-up or no radio entry: your service does not offer it for your account.
- Guide empty: your provider sends no guide data for that channel.
Parental control
Settings → Parental control → Create PIN, then lock categories. Adult categories can be locked automatically.
Languages and version
Settings → Language. Settings → About shows the version; updates come from the LG Content Store.

Accesso
Codice provider
esempio http://server.example:8080), username e password. Non inserire username o password dentro
l'indirizzo. I provider salvati
compaiono nella schermata di benvenuto.
Username o password errati
account.
I tuoi dati
Impostazioni →
Provider → Esci li rimuove.
In Impostazioni →
Store.
